We want every celebration to feel effortless.
Before Your Party
Secure your booking with a $100 non-refundable deposit.
Final guest count, signed waivers and remaining balance are due one week before your party.
Party Day
We arrive approximately 40 minutes before your party begins to create your luxury spa setup.
Everything is professionally styled and ready before your guests arrive.
After the Celebration
Relax while we take care of the cleanup.
Take down typically takes approximately 25 minutes, allowing you to simply enjoy the memories.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before We Arrive
To help create the best experience possible, we kindly ask that:
• Your venue provides access to a sink.
• A clean, clutter-free space measuring approximately 12 feet or larger is available.
• Good lighting is available.
• Pets remain in another area during the party.
• Parking is available close to the entrance.
• Pathways are clear and safe for unloading.
• A parent or guardian remains accessible throughout the celebration.
• For the safety of our team and guests, parties may be subject to rescheduling in the event of unsafe weather or road conditions.
