    • A clean, clutter-free space (approximately 12 feet or larger)

    • Good lighting

    • A parent or guardian available throughout the event

    All treatments are designed for entertainment purposes using child-friendly products.

  • We recommend a clean, open area measuring approximately 12 feet or larger.

    More space is always welcome and allows us to create the full luxury spa experience.

  • Our team arrives approximately 40 minutes before your party begins to complete the full spa setup.

    After the celebration, cleanup typically takes 25 minutes.

    Every celebration is thoughtfully designed with beautiful styling, premium products, elegant décor and unforgettable details that create lasting memories for both children and their families.

  • Yes.

    Petals & Polish Pamper Parties is fully insured and Northern Health approved, allowing parents to book with confidence.

  • Both signature spa packages include up to 6 guests.

    Additional guests can be added for $30 per child, with a maximum of 10 guests.

  • Booking is easy.

    Simply contact us with your preferred date, party location and estimated guest count.

    A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

  • Your final guest count, signed parental waivers and remaining balance are due one week before your scheduled party.

  • Yes.

    For the safety of every guest, a completed parental consent and waiver form is required for each child attending the celebration before treatments begin.

  • We kindly ask parents to inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions prior to the event.

    While we use gentle, child-friendly products, every child is different and this information helps us create the safest experience possible.

  • Your $100 booking deposit is non-refundable.

    Should plans change unexpectedly, we'll do our best to accommodate a rescheduled date based on availability.

  • Absolutely.

    We simply ask that a parent or guardian remain accessible throughout the celebration should a child need assistance or if we have any questions during the event.
